While we conduct a vetting process for garages listed on our platform, MyMechanik does not directly perform auto repairs and is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of the services provided by the independent garages. The contract for any repair work is strictly between the driver and the garage.
Users must provide accurate information when booking services or registering on the platform. You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws while using MyMechanik.
MyMechanik is completely free for drivers to use to find and contact garages. For our partner garages, we charge a flat subscription fee of £149/month to be featured on the platform and receive booking inquiries.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyMechanik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the services provided by any listed garage.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
